I’ve stayed in this hotel like three times in the past and it always fulfilled my expectations. The room is spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, better than mine at my home. The staff was very friendly and made me feel super welcome. The location is also good around the main station.

The reception Mr Hamid is cheerful and he provided us all the information we needed in Hamburg. We like the softness of the towel and the bed is comfortable. I love the choco which is included in their coffee machine. The location is superb, you can reach all attractions and train station on foot and there are small stores nearby selling fruits. Better buy on those area rather than supermarket, it's cheaper and plenty of choices

Chose for location right by train station. Reception and hallways don’t look like much, but room itself (one with a private bath, on the top floor) was clean and quiet and had an exceptionally comfortable bed (I prefer on the firmer side). There was also a fan, which was great as the weather had been pretty hot. Very nice staff too!

Spacious room, close to Central Train Station. I had the opportunity to stay in multiple five star hotels throughout Europe but the way Mr. Hamid at the reception welcomed us just made our day. He was an extremely polite and friendly professional gentleman. He explained us and recommended us places as this was my first visit to Hamburg. I’d visit the place again just because of the fine attitude of the staff at the property. Of course the property was extremely close to the central train station and Hamburg’s finest places. I’ll surely come back again!

Hotel is situated in 3 minutes from Central railway station and Central bus terminal (ZOB). The room was very very clean, warm and suitable. The stuff was very gentle. Especially Hamid - he has explained me about the city, the most interesting places and how to reach them. Very good and tasty breakfast. I suggest this hotel for travelers who need to stay near bus or railway terminals.

Very basic and has everything I need. It is clean and the reception staff is very kind and helpful. The bed is very comfortable. The location of the hotel is just 3 minutes walk from the station. It’s very convenient if you’re looking for a place near the station. The area around is just a bit sketchy because there’s a lot of strange people roaming around at night, as a woman traveling alone I felt conscious but otherwise I was safe. You could hear their noises as well from the room.

1. The location was excellent. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. I arrived by train and the station is basically just less than 500 metres away. 2. Room was compact, but nowhere to really to unpack a suitcase. 3. Bathroom was clean and enjoyable.

Location very convenient for Central Train Station. Very friendly on reception desk. Kept clean and tidy. Breakfast worth paying extra, continental including scrambled or boiled egg.

Location was great, it's right around the corner from the Hauptbahnhof, very convenient. The breakfasts were really lovely, fresh coffee and juices, breads, jams, eggs, nicely laid on time. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, letting me keep my suitcase there for a few hours after I checked out, but before I left Hamburg. I'd definitely go back, such a good value and comfortable place.
